Today's gospel deals with the story of Thomas - known more commonly to us as 'doubting Thomas'. However, we do well to remember that Thomas came through his doubts and became an effective servant of the Lord. According to Christian tradition, he sailed to India and evangelized the south-west coast of India. Today, Kerala state in this area of India is home to 4 million Christians.
